The lettings market continues to grow from strength to strength despite increasing numbers of investment and accidental landlords and the current uncertain economic climate. Research shows the two main pulling factors to achieving a successful let when supply outweighs demand is value for money and good property condition.

Our professionalism, experience and guidance at Luton Lets Squared will help make your experience, whether letting or renting, a memorable one for all the right reasons.

Landlords' Checklist

When letting a property we recommend you always check:

  • You have chosen an ARLA agent (Association of Residential Letting Agents)
  • You have completed due diligence on prospective tenants
  • You have a dated photo inventory
  • You have registered the tenant's deposit
  • You have a signed AST (assured short hold tenancy) and PI (prescribed information)

PRS Lets

(Private Rented Sector)

Luton Lets Squared is an ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), licensed agency who strive to meet high expectations within what can be a complex process due to requirements necessary to safeguard you as our client. Our compliance ensures that we will carry out all necessary checks above and beyond the legal requirements to ensure we adhere to our robust code of practice.

Social Lets

As a social letting agency we operate our business in a similar way to a high street letting agent, in that it offers tenancies under an AST (assured shorthold tenancy). The difference under social lets is that, as we lease the properties from our landlords’ the AST is between Luton Lets Squared and the tenant, not the landlord.

Property Management

Allow Luton Lets Squared to take the burden of maintaining and managing your property throughout your tenancy term. We offer a personal service, with a dedicated Property Manager who will respond to any emergency in a proactive manner to ensure both the problem is repaired or replaced in the most cost effective way and your tenants are not too inconvenienced during the process.
